fulfil its obligation because the goods are not available, it will notify the buyer and they will agree on the further procedure.<\/p>\n<p>If the provider dispatches the ordered products on time, it is not responsible for any exceeded delivery time of the contractual carrier. Delivery is made to the address the user provided at registration or order. If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, the courier leaves a notice of the arrived shipment or of the attempted handover. If the goods are damaged during transport, this is the buyer&#8217;s responsibility. In the case of personal pickup of the goods, the buyer may inspect the goods immediately and refuse the purchase. Later return is not possible!<\/li>\n<li>The goods must be returned to the provider no later than 14 days from the submitted notice of withdrawal from the contract.<\/li>\n<li>Returning the received goods to the provider within the withdrawal period is deemed to be notice of withdrawal from the contract. The buyer may return the products by post to the company&#8217;s address. At the same address, return is also possible in person, on every working day from 8:00 to 15:00.<\/li>\n<li>The buyer must return the received products undamaged and in unchanged quantity, unless the product is defective, lost or its quantity has decreased through no fault of the buyer. The consumer is liable only for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If the buyer may have already started using the product, or has already opened and assembled individual components of the products, withdrawal from the contract is not possible. The product manufacturer also prescribes its original packaging (in accordance with Article 36 of the Consumer Protection Act). Since the packaging is an integral part of the product, it must also be enclosed, in the same condition as it was originally upon receipt of the product (i.e. undamaged and in unchanged quantity).<\/li>\n<li>The option to withdraw from the contract does not apply to products\/goods made according to the buyer&#8217;s or consumer&#8217;s precise instructions and adapted to their personal needs.<\/li>\n<li>If the consumer withdraws from this contract, the provider shall reimburse all payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day of receiving the notice of withdrawal from this contract. The company makes such reimbursement using the same means of payment as was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed or where, due to its nature, payment cannot be provided by the same means.
